Distilled more than half a century ago, this single grain is a rare expression from one of Scotland's most historic distilleries. Cambus was founded in 1806 and was one of the largest grain whisky distilleries in Scotland, producing whisky for blends such as Johnnie Walker and J&B until it was closed in 1993. This single grain is distilled in 1964 and aged for 50 years in a single Refill Bourbon Barrel (HL 11031) before being bottled in November 2014 at an original cask strength of 49,2% ABV. One of only 111 bottles.
